If you need to return a product then you have 28 working days to do so.  The returned goods must be in a resalable condition and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also be returned. If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 14 working days.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories. Any products that have been manufactured to order will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
